Returning a defective product: Warranty DOA (Dead On Arrival) products will be covered 7 days for international customers. The warranty will count from the date the parcel was received.

It's better using the service with tracking number for safety. The no-tacking service have a high possibility to be lost in somewhere, which we won't be responsible and you will take the risk.
All items are sold with 90 days LaserBGC warranty.
LaserBGC 's warranty only covers failures due to defects, in materials workmanship, which occur during normal use. Damages as result of accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, humidity or liquids, or any other circumstances that are not considered as normal use and covered by the warranty. Our policy is to prevent abuse, but fair enough to protect and support honest customers.
